Our Workshops are delivered via a CPD platform called Onlinevents, a leading resource for people in the helping profession. These 2-hour Workshops teach bespoke approaches for different themes, topics and models.

Frameworks - Downloadable Booklets
Frameworks are downloadable booklets that outline creative methods tailored to specific emotions, behaviours, or models. Within each Framework, you'll find an insightful discussion of the topic, accompanied by a comprehensive step-by-step guide to its unique creative approach. The booklets also contain thoughtfully crafted questions designed to help clients explore the subject matter more deeply and gain meaningful insights through the process.
Framework - Working with Anxiety
Course Length 2hrs: This workshop will help your clients move from silent observer to confident contributor. This workshop gives coaches a practical tool to support professionals who struggle to speak up in meetings or advocate for their needs in high-stakes moments. Moving beyond labels like “imposter syndrome,” we explore the real drivers behind self-silencing, power dynamics, stress responses, learned patterns, and share methods to shift them. You’ll practice a technique to develop calm, clarity and presence to help clients communicate their expertise and influence when it matters most.
Course Length 2hrs: Anxiety is part of being human. It can show up in all sorts of ways, worrying about family, work, finances, or relationships. In moderation, anxiety helps us prepare, anticipate, and manage risk. But when it takes over, clients often describe feeling foggy, overwhelmed and stuck in cycles of unhelpful thinking. When we help clients notice these patterns, they can shift how they relate to them. This workshop allows clients to separate imagined fears from present reality, giving them the clarity and confidence to move forward with greater ease.
Course Length: 2 hours Sometimes called limiting beliefs, life patterns shape how we see ourselves and the world. Often formed in childhood and reinforced over time, these patterns become unconscious scripts that guide our choices and behaviour. Like an actor following a script, we live by these stories, repeating lines and roles that may no longer serve us. When clients hold tightly to a limiting script, they filter out evidence of their strengths and potential, staying stuck in old narratives. By helping clients identify and reframe their life patterns, coaches can open the door to fresh perspectives, new possibilities, and more empowered action, enabling them to grow into the fullest version of themselves
Course Length: 2 hours Many clients come to us feeling stuck caught in what we call the “X then Y” gridlock. They have a goal, a dream, or a big project they long to realise, but progress stalls. Instead of moving forward, they find themselves tangled in conditional thinking: “I can’t do X until Y happens.” This pattern creates an invisible pause button on their lives. The reasons sound plausible, maybe even rational, but the result is always the same: inertia. Here are just a few examples we’ve heard: · “I can’t go to the gym until I change jobs and I can’t change jobs until my partner is working.” · “I can’t lose weight until my partner stops cooking such delicious dinners.” · “I can’t do that training course until the children are older.” · And so it goes. The treacle of stuckness grows thicker with time, draining energy and dimming focus. In this workshop, we explore the underlying dynamics of procrastination using a creative and effective approach to uncover what’s really holding people back.
Course Length: 4.5hours (2 x 2.25-hour sessions) Date: 14th & 28th November Time: 12:30 – 2.45 (UK) Enhance your coaching with hands-on creative activities that open up new ways of thinking and self-discovery. Creativity is a powerful tool to help clients gain insight and move forward. How creativity supports coaching: Reveal hidden motivations: Surface unconscious beliefs. Deepen self-awareness: Build trust in intuition and reflection. Unlock new perspectives: Break through stuck patterns. Explore safely: Process challenges without overwhelm. About the Course: This Introductory Course gives you practical skills to integrate creativity into your coaching safely and effectively. You’ll learn in pairs and use The ChrisLin Method to experience how creativity can go beyond words to spark deeper insight. Bring along: * A4 paper * Coloured pencils or felt tips Perfect for coaches ready to experiment and enrich their practice, plus any other creative materials you may like to use.
£4.95 This Framework helps clients understand their thinking patterns and provides a stepping stone to noticing how predictions and imagination can be challenged. With practice and repetition, the thinking pattern will change and embed a new, more helpful strategy.
£4.95 The Inner Child is in our unconscious mind and can be unhelpfully influencing the Clients beliefs, behaviours and feelings in adulthood. Read this Framework to learn: * How the Inner Child is impacting the Client today * How to help Inner Child become better resourced * How to help the Client and Inner Child become reconciled
£4.95 This Framework provides a brief discussion about shame and how it is trapped by secrecy, silence and judgement as noted by Brené Brown in her famous TedTalk. It uses a stone, either real or drawn, to help the client depict the weight and components of their shame and reveal the judegement they are making of themselves.
This 14-hour course is in 4 Modules: 23rd & 24th October and 7th & 21st November. 1-4.30pm Uk time. Each Module is 3.5-hours long and designed to give you a fully immersive experience in the ChrisLin Method and a variety of ways of working creatively with clients. You will learn how to introduce creativity to your clients, how to work with their images to look more deeply at the present, the past and the future. We ensure there is plenty of time for you to discuss, experience and practice the Methods, so you leave feeling confident and comfortable about introducing creativity into your practice.
