Christina’s journey began in the early 1980s when she trained as a humanistic psychologist and counsellor. Throughout her career, creativity has been at the heart of her work, impacting the lives of thousands of children and adults. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse set of skills, and she now brings her decades of experience and insight as an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor. She also leads a transformative 2-day intensive programme, the Chrysalis Process, which blends several of the most powerful change methods, helping individuals unlock their potential and embrace meaningful change.
A pivotal career shift in the late 1990’s resulted in Lindsey becoming CIPD qualified and training as a coach so she could work more deeply with people. Over the years, Lindsey has honed a rich skill set, mastering many approaches, models and techniques. When her path crossed with Christina’s, it sparked a collaboration that blended Lindsey’s systemic training expertise and their combined creative approaches to co-develop and author The ChrisLin Method. Today, Lindsey supports clients at significant crossroads in their lives, including those who are neurodiverse to help them navigate personal change and growth.
