This Framework provides a brief discussion about shame and how it is trapped by secrecy, silence and judgement as noted by Brené Brown in her famous TedTalk. It uses a stone, either real or drawn, to help the client depict the weight and components of their shame and reveal the judegement they are making of themselves.
